Did a Magazine Photoshop Justin's Face for the Cover of their Magazine?

No one's quite sure whether or not Justin's face was electronically changed in this pic but...he looks...different in a creepy sort of way...

And why would they want to change his face anyway? He's like a super pretty-boy!
